Coldelite Bag-in-Box machines

Coldelite produce some of the world's most advanced soft ice cream machines.

The Bag-in-Box models are the most hygienic and easiest to clean machines on the market.  This system drawers the liquid mix directly from the bag in box into the freezing barrel, thus avoiding any contact with the air and of course, airborne bacteria.  This reduces the cleaning frequency required and saves labour as well as ensuring a totally hygienic product.

It also eliminates the need for expensive self-pasteurising.
As there is no tank, cleaning time is also reduced.  

How it works:

Simply place the 5 or 10 litre bag in box into the refrigerated compartment and attach the spigot to the bag.  The mix is drawern through the pump into the barrel to produce delicious soft ice cream.
The 201 BiB is a single flavor, high output model capable of producing 40 kg/hour.

Four different ice creams can be dispensed from the 201 BiB Ripple machine.  At the push of a button, any one of 3 delicious ripples of syrup are dispensed onto the ice cream as it emerges from the machine, or you can have just vanilla.
